Lucy joined Trust Links in 2018 as an HR and Finance Assistant and has progressed to Head of HR, overseeing recruitment, employee relations, learning and development, wellbeing, and HR operations. Prior to Trust Links, she worked in the insurance industry specialising in commercial claims management and claims surveying.
